At least you wouldn't be completely boned if you have nothing but machine guns at your disposal. It's not OP and helps level the playing field a little bit. Sarcasm aside, I do think the Mega Machine Guns cheat should be allowed, at least.
Slam spams freeze shots at you six times, back to back, while Specter fires off a volley of specials that only target you regardless of how many opponents are closer than you? That's totally 100% fair and not in any way aggravating or unbalanced in the slightest! Even better when you're tapped out on all weapons because the AI keeps picking them up so you can't! What's not to love!?
